When you choose us, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of our systems before you start using them.
We tailor our training to meet your specific needs. All appropriate departments at RBC Advisor Services will be involved in providing the training you and your staff need to “hit the ground running.”
In addition, you'll be able to count on these resources:
Service desk – You and your support staff have unlimited access to our Help Desk. If Help Desk members are unable to help you, they will refer you to another area that can.
Technology training classes – We offer a variety of online training classes that will help you learn the new technologies you will be using. Through the Internet and Live Meeting, you can “attend” these classes, ask questions and interact with the trainer — without ever leaving your office.
